- • Content that promotes harmful behavior
- • Videos with poor lighting or unclear exercise form
- • Content that violates our safety guidelines

Consequences for Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- • Warning: First-time minor violations
- • Content Removal: Inappropriate submissions
- • Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations
- • Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations
We reserve the right to take appropriate action based on the severity and context of violations.
