Exercise Safety Tips

Warm-Up & Cool-Down

  • Always warm up with light movement for 2-3 minutes
  • Cool down with gentle stretching after exercise
  • Allow your heart rate to return to normal gradually

Hydration & Nutrition

  • Stay hydrated before, during, and after exercise
  • Eat a light snack 1-2 hours before exercise
