Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FitChallenge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Responsibilities

Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload to the Platform. However, by uploading content, you grant FitChallenge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• • Store and process your videos for challenge verification purposes
• • Review submissions to ensure compliance with our Community Guidelines
• • Use anonymized data for platform improvement and analytics

Videos are private by default and are not shared publicly unless you explicitly choose to share them.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• • Contains nudity, violence, or harmful content
• • Violates any laws or regulations
• • Infringes on intellectual property rights
• • Contains false or misleading information
• • Promotes dangerous or unsafe activities
• • Is spam, abusive, or harassing

Challenge Submission and Review

All challenge submissions are reviewed by our team for compliance with our guidelines and proper exercise form. We reserve the right to approve or reject submissions at our sole discretion. Rejected submissions may be resubmitted with corrections.

Coin System and Rewards

• • Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• • Coins cannot be transferred between users
• • We reserve the right to modify the coin system at any time
• • Coins may be revoked for violations of these Terms

Platform Rules

You agree not to:

• • Create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activity
• • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform
• • Use automated tools to interact with the Platform
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Liability Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in challenges.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
